Terms of service

Read and understand these service rules before using the website, registering an account, or placing an order.

1. Services

This website provides AI memberships, digital benefits, and related delivery services. Unless expressly stated on a product page, we are not the official entity or agent of third-party brands such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, or Cursor. Their trademarks and services belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Sign in using your own working email address and protect verification codes, sessions, and delivery credentials. We may not be able to cover losses caused by forwarding verification emails, sharing accounts, or exposing passwords.

3. Products, prices, and stock

Product names, prices, stock, sales counts, delivery methods, and validity periods are as displayed when you submit the order. Stock, exchange rates, and third-party availability may change. Creating an order does not mean it has been paid or delivered. If there is an obvious pricing error, stock issue, or third-party outage, we will contact you to discuss correction, replacement, or refund.

4. Orders, payment, and discounts

Check the product, amount, coupon, and payment network before paying. Coupons have product, validity, minimum-spend, total-use, and per-user limits. For USDT, use the exact network, address, and amount shown on the page. Automatic order updates may occur only after public blockchain confirmation.

5. Delivery and use

Automatic-delivery products are usually processed after payment confirmation; manually delivered products are processed after administrator verification. Timing depends on the product description and order status. Do not use products or credentials for illegal activity, infringement, fraud, evading third-party restrictions, bulk abuse, or other violations of third-party terms.

6. Third-party service changes

AI services are operated by third parties whose features, regional restrictions, usage rules, prices, and availability may change independently. We will reasonably assist with delivery issues but cannot control third-party outages, policy changes, account risk controls, or feature changes.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text, code, and proprietary marks are protected by applicable law. Without permission, do not copy the website, scrape content in bulk, impersonate us, or use the website to cause confusion or commit fraud. Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names remain the property of their owners.

8. Service restrictions and termination

If we detect unusual payments, abusive refunds, attacks, bulk registration, illegal use, or other clear risks, we may suspend processing, require additional verification, or terminate service as permitted by law, while reserving the right to pursue legal remedies.

9. Liability and disputes

These standard terms do not exclude our legally required responsibilities for product quality, data security, or consumer rights. We will do our best to assist with effects of force majeure, public network failures, or third-party service issues. First seek to resolve disputes through support; unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law by the competent authorities.

10. Updates

We may update these terms as business or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means such as website notices. Updated terms apply only as permitted by applicable law.
